Dietary supplement in the form of a softgel containing C8 - caprylic acid derived from coconut ( Cocos nucifera ). Caprylic acid is a medium chain fatty acid. No palm oil. It occurs naturally in coconut and breast milk. It is also found in smaller amounts in cow's milk and butter.

MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) with min. 90% caprylic acid, shell (bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water).
Recommended dosage
1 capsule 2 times a day, before meals. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. Take preferably 30 minutes before meals.
