BCAA (Branched-chain amino acid)
BCAA (Branched-chain amino acid) are branched-chain amino acids, which, as the name suggests, are characterized by a branched side chain. BCAAs include amino acids such as L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Recommended dosage
Add 10 g (2.5 scoops) to 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, one after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.
