Dietary supplement in capsules created on the basis of black fermented garlic extract. The ingredients of the supplement have a number of health-promoting properties that are even stronger than those of classic white garlic. Compared to white garlic, the nutrients in black garlic are much better absorbed by the human body. Fermented garlic also has a higher concentration of antioxidants incl. several times more s-allylcysteine (SAC).
OstroVit Black Garlic
Although we are much more likely to use supplements containing classic white garlic, black garlic is not new on the market. It was first discovered about 5000 years ago in Asia. Black garlic is actually white garlic that has been fermented. Today it is produced in special chambers with high temperature and humidity. The browning of garlic under such conditions is natural and results from the reorganisation of amino acids and sugars. During fermentation, black garlic loses its natural colour, flavour and aroma and gains other health benefits. It becomes a rich source of amino acids that can affect the course of many processes in the body.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 dose (1 capsule) daily with food.
