- Inulin - a compound composed of more than 30 simple sugar molecules linked by β-2,1-glycosidic bonds into an unbranched chain. It is a polysaccharide of plant origin that forms a reserve stock. It is a compound that is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract and is transported in undigested form to the large intestine, where it undergoes bacterial fermentation in the colon. Inulin is used as a dietary fibre and prebiotic, i.e. food for the good bacteria living in the digestive system.

Chicory inulin (prebiotic), potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid; L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, zinc picolinate, ferrous bisglycinate, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; nicotinic acid, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, Calcium D-pantothenate, cholecalciferol, manganese bisglycinate, retinyl acetate, copper bisglycinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, chromium picolinate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin. The product may contain milk (including lactose), Soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, Cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish, fish.
Recommended dosage
Mix a 5 g serving (5 scoops) in 150 ml of water or juice. Do not pour hot water over it. It is recommended to consume 1 serving per day, preferably with meals. Please use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml).
