A combination of highly bioavailable and absorbable magnesium bisglycinate. This is a form of organically bound magnesium. Magnesium Plus Sleep contains 125mg of elemental magnesium per capsule. With L-Tryptophan for a relaxed day and a natural path to balance and inner harmony. Passion flower extract contributes to relaxation and supports healthy sleep. Magnesium with vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function. Recommended dosage
