3 years of hair-free smooth skin* with Philips Lumea
The Philips Lumea IPL Series 7000 delivers long-lasting smooth skin thanks to its advanced IPL technology with the SenseIQ system. Gentle light pulses help to disrupt the hair growth cycle, while the SmartSkin sensor recommends the ideal treatment intensity for your skin tone. This makes the treatment safe, comfortable and tailored to your needs. With regular use according to the recommended plan, you can enjoy up to 3 years of hair-free smooth skin.*
The Treatment Process with the Philips IPL Epilator
- Pair the device with the app: The Lumea IPL app creates a personalised treatment plan based on your needs. It will remind you when it's the ideal time for your next session, so you don't have to worry about forgetting your care routine.
- Choose your treatment setting: Select the recommended intensity using the SmartSkin sensor and move it across your skin.
- Track your results: The app records your treatment progress and helps you maintain a regular schedule. This makes it easier for you to see how your skin is gradually becoming smoother.
Results you can see and feel
Smooth skin doesn't have to be just a short-term feeling after shaving. The Philips Lumea IPL 7000 uses intense pulsed light technology that targets hairs at the root, helping to gradually reduce their regrowth. You'll see results after just 2 treatments. After the initial phase, simply continue with regular monthly maintenance treatments and you can enjoy smooth skin for up to 3 years.*
The smart Lumea IPL app
Every person's skin is different. That's why the Lumea IPL app helps you create a care plan. It reminds you of your next treatment, tracks your progress, and guides you all the way to smoother skin. All you have to do is focus on the pleasant feeling of the results.
The right intensity
If you're unsure which intensity to choose, the SmartSkin sensor will detect your skin tone and recommend the appropriate flash setting. This makes the treatment more comfortable, simpler, and tailored to you and the specific part of your body.
Full-body attachment
The Philips Lumea IPL 7000 is equipped with a specially shaped attachment for treating the whole body. The attachment is curved, so it fits closer to the skin. You can easily treat large areas such as the legs, arms or stomach.
The path to smooth skin with Philips Lumea
The new generation of Philips Lumea is designed to make treatment even more comfortable. It's 18% lighter and has a long cord, making it easier to use, even when treating larger parts of the body.
Safety and certification
The Philips Lumea IPL 7000 is designed with an emphasis on safe and effective home use. The IPL technology is clinically proven and the device meets strict requirements for quality and safety. Thanks to EU MDR certification and FDA approval, it delivers care you can rely on, even in the comfort of your own home.
Skin and hair type
IPL technology works best when there is sufficient contrast between the skin tone and the hair colour. The Philips Lumea 7000 is suitable for naturally dark blonde, brown, and black hair and for a wide range of skin tones – from very fair to medium dark. The compatibility chart will help you verify in seconds whether IPL technology is the ideal choice for your skin and hair type.

The storage pouch protects the device and accessories from dust and damage. Everything fits inside—the Lumea itself, the attachment, and the cable. Whether you're using it at home or want to take it with you on your travels, you'll have everything ready, stored, and close at hand.
