Why is it advisable to supplement collagen?
Collagen is an essential protein that keeps skin firm, supple and hydrated. Over time, its production decreases, which leads to thinning of the skin, wrinkles and reduced elasticity. The loss of collagen in the skin is a natural aging process that begins around the age of 25. From the age of 25, we lose approximately 1% of collagen every year. After the age of 40, collagen loss can reach up to 2% per year.

Recommended dosage
1 bag per day.
1. Empty the contents of the bag into the jar
and pour in your preferred
amount of water of your preference according to your desired
intensity of taste. We recommend 300 ml,
but it is possible to make a very
sweet shot or vice versa
