Free app to help with training

When you pair your Polar H10 chest strap with Polar Beat, a free fitness and training app, you'll have accurate information about your heart rate right on your phone's display. Don't like to exercise with your phone in your hand? The H10 chest strap has built-in memory so you can import data into the Polar Beat app when you're done. Just set up the app at the start of your workout and let it run.
