Voltage (V) - must be the same as the voltage indicated on the laptop. The most common value is 230V.
Amperage (A) - determines the charging speed, but the value should still be within the range indicated on the laptop parameter label.
Wattage (W) - this is a multiple of the output voltage and output amperage of the adapter. The wattage should ideally be the same as in the original adapter.

The manufacturer usually uses the same charger cable connector for all its devices, so the only thing you have to worry about is the voltage.
