The Pro-Ject E1 PHONO is a turntable from the budget-friendly E-series, designed to deliver true hi-fi sound at a surprisingly low price. Setting up the turntable is very simple and intuitive. The tonearm is fitted with a cartridge and has a pre-set tracking force. Simply fit the belt, platter, and dust cover, and connect the turntable to a suitable amplifier input. Thanks to the built-in, switchable phono stage, you can connect the turntable either directly to a line-level input or choose a phono-level input. The system is ready to play in just a few minutes.

Stylish design, high-quality sound, and comprehensive features
The stylish, CNC-machined composite fibre chassis is carefully crafted to have no hollow spaces inside, preventing the ingress of vibrations. The lightweight 8.6” low-friction aluminium tonearm is optimised for the high-quality, pre-installed Audio Technica AT 3600 L cartridge to unlock its full potential. The E1 PHONO also includes a shielded, low-capacitance phono cable with RCA termination. Also included are a singles adaptor, dust cover, and a felt platter mat for added protection for your vinyl records. A separate 15V / 0.8A DC power supply is also part of the package.
Stable performance and effective vibration damping
The E1 PHONO turntable is fitted with a moulded platter made of reinforced ABS polymer, which creates a suitable platform for your vinyl records. The platter is driven by a belt and a damped DC motor. A welcome feature in this price category is the electronic speed control. Simply flick the three-position switch on the side to the desired position for 33 or 45 rpm. Three damped feet ensure effective isolation from unwanted vibrations, and a removable transparent dust cover is, of course, included.
