Free delivery or 45 CZK

Delivery to the branch is free if you have an active service AlzaPlus+, if you do not have the service, you will pay CZK 45 for delivery.

Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you a text message to confirm, and you can go pick up your order.

Once you arrive, enter your order number at the first station, and if you haven't paid for your order yet, you can do so here using your payment card. Don't forget to pick up your receipt.

When your order is ready to be picked up, proceed to the second station and conveniently pick up your order.

Can I complain about goods at the branch?

Yes, we accept complaints at the branch and will be happy to help you replace non-functional goods. You can file a complaint online here or directly at the branch via a self-service kiosk. Don' t forget to bring your proof of purchase or order number with you.

What is AlzaWall?

If we simplify it, then AlzaWall can be described as an AlzaBox located in an Alza branch. The main difference? AlzaWall cannot be manually selected when choosing a delivery method. Your order will be automatically routed to AlzaWall if you choose the in-store pickup option and if your order meets conditions such as size, price and more. You can find more information here.
