The high-performance ProfiCook KM 1096 kneading machine, equipped with a 1,500 W motor, can handle even larger quantities of dough. The speed can be set between 1-6 + pulse function. The kneader is equipped with a blue backlit LCD display, which shows, for example, the countdown time. The stainless steel bowl into which the dough is placed can hold up to 10 litres of mixture, which is equivalent to approximately 7.5 kg. The kneader is also equipped with a robust gearbox that allows kneading at a constant speed. The multifunctional arm can be raised by 35°. Thanks to the special unlocking mechanism, changing accessories takes only a few moments. Using the device is very easy and cleaning is also easy. Rubber feet ensure stability on the worktop. The machine is equipped with a safety circuit that, for example, suspends operation if the multifunction arm is raised.
