Strong Q10 contains a high amount of the bioactive form of coenzyme Q10 - ubiquinone. Coenzyme Q-10 is a vitamin-like substance that occurs naturally in the body in small amounts and is found in highest concentrations in the heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas. Specifically, it can be found in mitochondria, the energy centres of cells, where energy is produced in the form of ATP. It also contains added vitamin C (L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate) - 15 mg per capsule.
