Using the swiss water process, caffeine is removed naturally (MWP). The caffeine in this Puro coffee is extracted by immersing the green beans in pure glacial water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest volcano in North America. Result? A coffee that is 99.9% decaffeinated but still full of flavour; with a hint of caramel - caramel and nuts.
