This rackmount system accommodates up to 24 U.2 NVMe PCIe drive bays and an additional 24 M.2 NVMe drives. Performance is delivered by a 16-core AMD EPYC 7302P processor with a frequency of 3GHz, complemented by 128GB of RAM. The device runs on the QuTS hero operating system, which uses the ZFS file system for data integrity. Network connectivity is provided by two 2.5GbE ports and four 25GbE SFP28 ports.

High computing performance with an AMD EPYC processor
At the heart of the system is the AMD EPYC 7302P processor with 16 cores and 32 threads. The hardware handles running a large number of virtual machines and containers without any drop in speed.

The device offers 24 bays for 2.5-inch U.2 PCIe NVMe Gen 3 ×4 SSDs. This configuration eliminates data transfer bottlenecks and speeds up application access. Users can take advantage of SSD cache acceleration to speed up random read and write operations. The system supports various RAID configurations, including RAID 50 and RAID 60.
Advanced QuTS hero operating system
The QuTS hero operating system is based on the ZFS file system, which focuses on data integrity and preventing data corruption. The system supports advanced features like inline deduplication and real-time data compression, which saves storage capacity. Self-healing functions automatically detect and repair corrupted data blocks. Quick snapshots are also available for easy file recovery.
Fast network connectivity
Connection to the local network is provided by two 2.5GbE LAN ports. In addition, the device includes four 25GbE SFP28 SmartNIC ports, which provide extreme bandwidth for demanding data transfers and virtualisation. It also supports file-sharing technologies on Windows, Mac, and Linux networks. The network interface also supports features like Jumbo Frame and Wake-on-LAN.
Extensive PCIe expansion options
The motherboard has a total of five PCIe Gen 4 slots for installing additional cards. Users can equip the system with faster network adapters, Fibre Channel cards, or other controllers. Two slots are factory-fitted with 25GbE network adapters for immediate deployment in high-speed networks. The free slots offer flexibility for future infrastructure expansion.
Reliable power and cooling
The entire rackmount server is powered by two redundant power supplies with a total output of 1100W. This solution prevents system downtime in the event of a failure of one of the power supplies. Active cooling is provided by four 60mm fans with speed control based on the current temperature. The device operates reliably in a temperature range of 0°C to 35°C.
