Dobrý den,
Je na reklamaci pokud televize na HDMI 2.1 portech neni schopná dát rozlišení větší než 4k60hz? Vše ostatní (samozřejmě zapnuty ENHANCED i ENHANCED 144/240HZ mod), zapnuty Gaming mode vyzkoušeny. Vyzkoušene 2 kabely, které u jiného televozitu (monitrou) bez problému dají 4K240HZv10Bitu = vyloučená chyba kabelů i zdroje. Televize má latest firmware a je i po factory resetu. Co teď ?
