Důrazně varuji před koupí softwaru od společnosti Alza touto cestou!!! Dne 16. 11. 2016 jsem koupil software Adobe Premiere Elements 15 CZ. Do sekce moje licence mi sice dorazil licenční klíč, ovšem odkaz ke stažení softwaru nikoli. Pouze nic neříkající informační mail. Operátorky na telefonu naprosto k ničemu! První nevyřešila naprosto nic, další druhý den nebyla schopná sdělit ani nejzákladnější informace. Dodnes nemáme ani peníze, ani software, který bysme mohli používat!!!
