Jakmile budete mít produkt v košíku a proklikáte se do kroku č. 2 (tj. doprava a platba), zde je - po zvolení dopravy na adresu - možnost zakliknout políčko u možnosti: "Odvezte můj starý spotřebič". S touto zakliknutou službou Vám posádka ráda odveze Váš starý spotřebič (týká se volně stojících a vestavných elektrospotřebičů a to v režimu 1:1, tedy 1 pračka za 1 pračku). Nezapomeňte, že by spotřebič měl být odpojený, čistý a nesmí se v něm nacházet voda ani námraza.
