Po vybalení nefunguje touchpad. Reinstalace nepomohla. Nevím jaký driver k touchpadu bych měl nainstalovat.

v tomto případě bych doporučil zařízení reklamovat pokud nepomohla ani reinstalace, může se jednat i o výrobní vadu.

Předinstalovaná aplikace Control Center nefunguje. Na ploše je ikona, která nefunguje a nelze nic spustit ani ze složky, která obsahuje zmíněnou aplikaci. Nepomohl ani reinstal z flash disku co byl u návodu v krabici a ani instalace Control Center 3 z Microsoft store. Nějaké rady? Celkem bych si rád prenastavil podsvícení klávesnice a pár dalších veci...

asi v pohodě. nainstaloval jsem si OpenRGB a rozjel si to sám. můžu si to teď nastavovat jak chci a celkem pohodlně.

Tohle už jsem taky jednou řešil, psal jsem jim i na email a jediný co, tak že to mám reklamovat. Světe div se, ono se jim to povedlo opravit, takže asi bych to reklamoval.
