Dobrý deň nie Zatiaľ som sa nestretol s tým aby bola súčasťou balenia, ale už štandardne je na chladiči nanesená vrstva od výroby takže pri výmene aj s chadičom nie je nutné si ju dokupovať.

Pokial si pamätám dobre, tak teplovodiva pasta nieje súčasťou balenia ak kupujete len cpu. Iba ak kupujete CPU s BOX chladičom a priamo na chladiči je potiahnutá tenká vrstva pasty. Ale odporúčam aj tak kúpiť lepšiu teplovodivu pastu samostatne a naniesť si ju sám.
