Dobrý den, podle výrobce a vloženého letáku je v ceně záruka doživotní. Tu má zákazník řešit přes Alzu, nebo přímo s výrobcem? Na jejich stránkách totiž registrace pro ČR není. Můžete případně zajistit nápravu?

Záruku řešte samozřejmě přes Alzu. Pokud jste koupil zde. Také se totiž na reklamaci chystám. Sklo po nalepení vytvořilo bubliny, které nešlo nijak odstranit. Postup jsem tedy opakoval několikrát až do doby, než se na lepicí stranu dostal prach. Teď je sklo nepoužitelné a to jenom kvůli přístupu Alzy, protože mi odmítli sklo nalepit i přesto, že bych jim to zaplatil jako provedenou službu z jejich strany.

No, já si udělal registraci u výrobce, a tam píšou že do uplynutí 5ti let po ukončení výroby Nintenda mám nárok na jednu výměnu z důvodu rozbití ročně.
S nalepením jsem problém neměl; fólie a skla si nalepuju sám už roky a s výjimkou 12" úhlopříčky jsem to vždycky zvládnul. A zrovna na Switchi to bylo bezproblémové, takže pokud nebylo z výroby křivé, bubliny by udělat rozhodně nemělo.
