Dobrý den, není celokovový. Jde o kombinaci kovu a tvrzeného plastu. Pokud by byl celokovový, tak při přetížení motoru by mohlo dojít k jeho zničení, což je nákladnější než vyměnit plastový převod který je podstatně levnější. Ne vždy je dobré mít vše z kovu či slitiny. :-)
