Dobrý den, je to možné ale přesto doporučujeme mít neustále dostatek soli v zásobníku na sůl. Jedině tak bude správně fungovat regulátor tvrdosti vody.

Dobrý den, chtěli jsme do myčky doplnil sůl, ovšem když jsme otevřeli zásobník, nebyla zde vola a sůl byla tvrdla. Tu jsme se tedy pokusili znovu "rozbit" a nalili tam vodu. Po zapnutí myčka hlásí E15. Myčku jsem tedy vyndali, vylili z ni vodu (což je nejčastější příčina této chyby) a zkusili znovu zapnout. Po 5 min hlásí chybu znovu. Co s tím?

Dobrý den, doporučuji dát do servisu Bosch, pokud ji máte v záruce (2 roky), a servis nevyhodnotí jinak, měli byste mít opravu zdarma.
