Dobrý den, mám tuto chladničku asi 4 dny a na zadní stěne v horní chladící přihrádce je silná námraza, taky mi v této přihřádce zmrzly jogurty :-). Co s tím? Je to při nastavení chlazení na stupni 1. Děkuji, OB

U LT3560bc to normální je, protože v horní části je 4-hvězdičkový mrazák.

Ale já tím nemyslím, že potraviny zmrzly v mrazáku. Zmrzly a mrznou v přihrádce pod ním a také v pravé části té druhé, co je nad šuplíkem na ovoce a zeleninu. Tam by podle mě mrznout neměly. Jak tedy chladničku nastavit, aby se to nedělo? Nebo s ní je něco v nepořádku? Namrzlá je i celá zadní stěna chladničky.
