jak je možné prodávat něco co při použití je v rozporu se zákonem, tady konkrétně 114/92 Sb §50 o ochraně zvláště chráněných druhu, kde netopýři to jsou všichni. Jediné štěstí je, že žádný ultrazvukový plašič netopýrům nevadí a nereagují na něj.

Po ověření mohu informovat, že produkt netopýrům neubližuje, vydává jen zvuk, který je nepříjemný. A protože je určený k použití v soukromých prostorech jako prevence trvalého výskytu, nebrání vstupu netopýra do prostoru ani jeho opuštění, máme za to, že legislativu neporušuje.
