DJI Care Refresh lze uplatnit pouze na nové drony, které nebyli použity.

Treba si cez DJI stránku podať žiadosť o verifikáciu, že dron je v normálnom stave a nekupujete to až keď je rozbitý (majú tam návod na natočenie verifikačného videa). Potom keď to overia sa dá do 72h aktivovať care refresh.
