Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si 27.9 FIFU 17 super deluxe edition na xbox one. Hra je nehmotný produkt jako elektronická licence na mém účtu alza. Hra stále nelze stáhnout, při čemž mi stránka píše že se licenci nepodařilo od poskytovatel získat. Žádám o vysvětlení v čem je problém.
