Dnes jsem si vyzvedla ochranné sklo na mobil. Bohužel, je o cca 2 mm užší, jako telefon, i když typy mobilu a skla souhlasí (Motorola, moto e5 plus). Za to ovšem Alza nemůže. Mám ale problém. Mobil jsem si kupovala ve středu a v pátek Alza uvedené sklo neměla skladem. Takže jsem si ho vyzvedla v pondělí-dnes. Já dnes ale odjíždím na měsíc na dovolenou a reklamovat nové, ale nefunkční zboží můžu až po návratu. Je to možné??? Děkuji za odpověď. V.Lapáčková

Dobrý den, omlouváme se za vzniklé potíže, patrně se jedná o vadný kus. Sklo je samozřejmě možné reklamovat po celou dobu záruční doby.
