zvládne tato řezačka uříznout i zalaminovaný papír?

Dobrý den, pravděpodobně ne, na to je příliš subtilní a lehká. Je dělaná na řezání max. 3 listů papíru.
Mimochodem (možná to víte), když rozříznete zalaminovaný papír, přijdete o většinu ochranné funkce, kterou laminace poskytuje. Aby zalaminovaný dokument byl chráněn, musí kolem dokumentu být přesahy, kde se obě strany fólie spojí. Takže řezat laminovaný papír nedoporučujeme.
