zdravím, v popisu je to několikrát, ale přesto se zeptám .. hmotnost 300g s tím, že je možné je nosit pohodlně celý den .. to bude asi špatně uvedena váha, ne? nosit v uších 30 dkg .. no nevím ..

Dobrý den, sluchátka má dcera cca 3 měsíce. Přišla s tím, že se jedno sluchátko ztišilo, že není nic slyšet a druhé hraje tak, že skoro nic není slyšet. Vyzkoušeli jsme je resetovat dle návodu a spárovat s různými telefony. Sluchátka hrají nyní hlasitěji, ale levé sluchátkho hraje tišeji a celkově sluchátka nehrají tak jak na začátku. Lze ještě něco vyzkoušet než zkusíme reklamaci? Děkuji za rady.
