Dobrý den,
děkujeme za Váš dotaz. Mrzí nás, že máte s produktem tyto problémy. Produkt by měl fungovat i bez nutnosti dosahu BT. Prosím zkontrolujte, že máte zařízení připojeno k síti LoRa. Bez dalších informací, nemůžeme blíže poradit. Pokud problém přetrvává prosím zašlete/zaneste zařízení k reklamaci společně s veškerým příslušenstvím a nákupním dokladem. Dále prosím odhlašte svůj účet ze zařízení, abychom jej mohli otestovat.

Právě, že na Lora síť se málokde připojí, čekal jsem pokrytí jako u GSM, ale ani doma to nejde. Takže asi pokrytí…
