děkujeme za zprávu. Námi poskytovaná záruka na stroj je 2 roky (pro IČO 1 rok). Prodloužená záruka od výrobce Janome je poskytována přímo od výrobce. Bohužel tato možnost není nabízena na našem webu. Lze ale prodloužit záruku k zařízení přímo od nás až o 3 roky.
Jsme oficiálním partnerem a nejedná se o šedý dovoz.
