I bought the earphone about 2 months ago. Unfortunately, the right side now doesn't work. I wonder if I can get it fixed. Please let me know. I do trust the brand and I don't expect it is this fast to have problem. It didn't even fall down or sth.

Dobrý den, tato sluchátka mají při hovoru příšerný zvuk ani ten na druhé straně mě dobře neslyší, zajímalo by mě co je špatně. Hudba funguje, ale je to na uši ostrý zvuk.

Zaujimalo by ako si stoja v porovnani so sluchatkami Apple (klasickym earpodmi): ide mi o to, ze po vela sluchatkach som zistil, ze mi najviac vyhovuje tvar prave Apple sluchatok, netlacia ma, prepustaju zvuk (co mne vyhovuje) a slusne hraju. Tieto vyzeraju tvarom podobne, tak by ma to zaujimalo. Dakujem!
