Dobrý den,
ano, určitě můžete. Každé zařízení obsahuje BMS, které nedovolí, aby se baterie nabíjela příliš rychle. Jinými slovy si zařízení vezme jen tolik energie, kolik potřebuje.

Obecně doporučuju nedobíjet do 100 %, tj. odpojit ještě před úplným nabitím (pokud nejedete na týden bez možnosti nabíjení) a hlavně nenechat vybít do 0 %. Prostě udržovat stav aku mezi asi 20 % až 80 % a nabíjet kolikrát chcete. Počet nabití nemá zásadní vliv na živostnost. Bohužel sluchátka jako takové se dobíjí vždy do 100 %, u pouzdra to lze ovlivnit.
