Mám na této lednici na 2 bočních stranách jakousi průhlednou folii, která je na pár místech pokrčená se vzduchovými bublinami. Má tato folie na lednici zůstat či ji odstranit?

Koupil jsem si tuhle lednici na Alze jenom proto, že je tam uvedeno 3 roky servisu zdarma. Na faktuře a objednávce o tom nic není, operátor mi nabízel ještě dokoupit službu prodloužené záruky. Tomu nerozumím. Jak to je a kde mám to potvrzení o servisu zdarma?
