děkuji za zprávu, tyto brýle se nepoužívají při spánku, ale pro zlepšení spánku, je to již v popisu zmíněno. Nejsou to brýle na spánek. Přístroj je vhodný na terapii světlem a pomáhají zlepšení spánku, proti únavě, při depresích nebo na rychlejší zotavení.
