Dobrý den, platí záruka 24 měsíců ze strany obchodu Alza? V krabici jsme našli kartičku, kde je napsáno, abychom zadali kód na stránkách výrobce k aktivaci 2 leté záruky. Kód jsem ale nikde nenašla. Děkuji. Jana Horynová

ze strany Alza.cz je garantována záruka 24 měsíců. Výrobce může nabízet doplňujících 24 měsíců, které je ale nutné si nechat aktivovat skrze jeho stránky. Bohužel daný kód neznáme, jelikož se jedná o akci přímo od výrobce.
