Ne, neplatí, jedna se o ryze klasické Client Access licence. Windows server od verze 2012 nabízí pouze 1 RDP přístup bez ohledu na počet CAL licencí. To co hledáte je "Windows Remote Desktop Services CAL". A neprodává se jako OEM, nebo krabicový software. Pokud chcete používat RDP přístup pro více uživatelů, musíte oslovit některého z partnerů programu Open Licencing (OPL). Jinak to nejde sehnat. Cena kolem 16k.
