Zcela ne, pomocí FTZ adaptéru lze opradu nasadit každý objektiv s bajonetem F, ale AF-D objektivy - normálně ostřené motorkem z těla fotoaparátu nebudou mít funkční autofokus a je nutné je ostřit manuálně. Redukce Nikon Z - Nikon F se s AF motůrkem pro pohon AF-D objektivů nevyrábí ani u žádného alternativního výrobce redukcí.
