Výrobcem poskytnuté prohlášení o shodě a migrační testy potvrzují, že materiál splňuje požadavky platné evropské legislativy pro materiály určené pro styk s potravinami, včetně použitých barviv. Dle dodané dokumentace jsou všechny sledované parametry v předepsaných limitech.
Materiál je plastového charakteru a odpovídá aktuálním legislativním požadavkům. V souvislosti s látkou BPA zároveň uvádíme, že nová legislativa omezuje její uvádění na trh.
