Tiskne tato tiskárna bílou barvu?

Dobrý den, zakoupili jsme u Vás tiskárnu PI020d a máme stále problém s tloušťkou tisku, některé části faktury tiskne tak silně, že je k nepřečtení i na nejvyšší úsporu toneru, můžete mi prosím poradit nějaké řešení? Je tam tolik nastavení, že se v tom nevyznám.
