Žiarovky som objednal pred piatimi dňami s tým, že bol (a v tejto chvíli stále je) u nich uvedený status NA SKLADE a doručenie na pobočku nasledovný deň. Do dnešného dňa neboli doručené na pobočku. Nikde som nenašiel telefonický kontakt na Alzu či jej pobočku, na emailový dotaz samozrejme odpoveď stále nechodí... "Najspoľahlivejší internetový obchod" - to určite, hanba.
