Dobrý deň, slúchadla mi samovoľne spúšťajú prehrávanie, keď je zastavené, alebo opačne, samovoľne prehrávanie zastavujú kde je spustené. Deje sa to náhodne, niekedy to funguje, bez problémom, niekedy problém nastane aj 5 za minútu. Neviete čím by to mohlo byť. Slúchadla používam s iPhone 7.

Dobrý den, s tímto jsem se ještě nesetkal. Sluchátka mají dotykové ovládání, které je velmi citlivé a i nepatrné dotek může způsobit zapnutí/vypnutí přehrávání. Zkuste prosím sluchátka resetovat dle návodu zde External Link Pokud problém přetrvá, obraťte se prosím na servisní oddělení. Zdravím.

V originálním návodu je ale uvedeno, že hlasitost se ovládá přes mobil.
