zakoupil jsem minulý týden u vás pinnacle 19 standard. Zjistil jsem, že některé důležité funkce neobsahuje (má chyba, měl jsem to řešit před koupí). Dá se Standard 19 upgradeovat na Plus či Ultimate? Nebo jsou upgready určeny jen pro nejvyšší řady starších verzí?

ano je možné zakoupit upgrade. Nicméně pouze přímo přes Pinnacle: External Link případě jakýchkoliv dalších přání či dotazů nás neváhejte kontaktovat.

Dobrý den - při objednání Pinnacle 19 upgrade jsem zapomněla do poznámky napsat sériové číslo předchozí verze. Upgrade mi nejde nainstalovat - jestli je to kvůli této mé chybě,poraďte prosím,co dál?
