Dobry den dnes mi dorazil telefon píše se že je na dual SIM ale bohužel v balení bylo pouze na SD kartu a jednu SIM

ano je to tak.
POCO M3 PRO nemá stereo / duální reproduktory. Součástí je pouze samostatný reproduktor na spodní hraně telefonu.
U sluchátek je naopak stereo zvuk standardem.
