dne 26. 7. 2015 jsem si u Vás objednal mobilní telefon Prestigio X5 Grace (daňový doklad 2151763963). Při neopatrné manipulaci došlo k poškození na displeji (prasklina). Lze na tuto závadu uplatnit reklamaci, popřípadě cenově zvýhodněný servis? Předem děkuji za odpověď.
