Razer Kraken V4 X má konštrukciu prevažne z plastu. Rám na hlavu a časti, kde sú uchytené mušle slúchadiel, sú vyrobené z odolného plastu, čo zaisťuje ľahkosť a pohodlie pri dlhodobom nosení. Náušníky sú vyrobené z pamäťovej peny potiahnutej priedušnou látkou, čo prispieva k celkovému komfortu.
