Dobrý den. Mám myš Razer Naga 2014. Před chvílí jsem rozbalil tuto podložku a myš nereaguje správně, jako na jiném povrchu. Senzor očištěný a kalibraci jsem provedl asi 5x. Netušíte, kde by mohl být problém? Na předchozí látkové podložce fungovalo vše správně.

Dobrý den,
na toto bohužel neznáme odpověď, protože jsme se s takovým problémem nikdy nesetkali. A ani přes Google se nepovedlo najít nic relevantního. Takže jedině zkoušet pohrát si více s nastavením a kalibrací myši.

Děkuju za odpověď. Bohužel ani po 2 hodinách resetování myši,zapojení do jiných USB, kalibrací, očištění povrchu, očíštění senzoru problém nevyřešen. Podložku tedy vracím.
