Dobrý den, dnes jsem si zde objednala dvě knihy se stejným zusbem úhrady (kartou) a u jedné mi došel potvrzovací email, kde byl uveden i zpusob platby a posléze jsem mohla knihu stáhnout a u druhé nic z toho nedošlo, ale, když si chci druhou opetovne zakoupit, tak mi to píše, že tato objednávka již existuje, ale kniha nejde zaplatit ani stáhnout.
