Prajem pekný deň.
Ako mám možnosť posúdiť som jediný vlastník tohoto prijímača.Preto by som sa chcel dozvedieť niečo s ohľadom na jeho používanie,či sa naň nevzťahujú nejaké zvláštne právne predpisy,obmedzenia a pod.V priloženej dokumentácii som nič o tomto nenašiel.Neviem či táto otázka je určená práve Vám, zatiaľ neviem na koho by som sa mal obrátiť.

Provozovat prijimac bez koncese muzete zcela legalne. Na amaterska pasma se vsak vztahuje zakon radiokomunikacnim tajemstvi (podobne jako postovni tajemstvi). Tj. lze poslouchat komunikaci na radioamaterskych pasmech, ale nesmite sirit ziskane informace pokud nebyly urceny primo Vam.
